      5 Steps to A Sweet Swing

      By following these five important steps, your swing will improve immensely.

      1. Start In The Launch Position

      Here’s Ken Griffey Junior demonstrating the launch position.

      • Bat in a 45 degree angle
      • Highly recommended setup position
      • Start with your weigh back

       

      2. Trigger your Weight Back

      Lots of other PROs are using the same technique. Manny Ramirez would be one of the PRO hitters which highlights this trick during the game, raising his front leg high.

      3. Stay Inside the Ball

      Here’s the big hurt (Frank Thomas) rotating off the back side as he pulls the knob and stays inside the ball.

      4. Maintain Flat Hands
